Edinburgh Ocean Hostel opened in December 2004 and is currently the ONLY Hostel in this fashionable area of Edinburgh. Leith has had a massive investment in the last 5 years, with 100's of luxurious apartments being built.

Our accommodation will suit anybody who is looking for clean and secure accommodation, ideal for single backpackers visiting Edinburgh. Getting into Edinburgh city centre couldn't be easier, with a bus stop outside the hostel which takes you straight to Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping area. The number 16 bus runs every 15 minutes and takes only 10 minutes. Other buses also connect with Airport shuttle.
